If you decide to you frozen peas I would recommend leaving the peas for a few minutes in hot water. I tend to boil some water in a kettle and then leave the peas in a bowl with the boiling water while I collect and add the other ingredients. I would recommend using frozen peas instead of tinned peas. Tinned peas tend to have a strong flavor that can be very overpowering (we already have a lot of power in The Pea Power Smoothie).
